At Reem Showroom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product has a defect or quality issue. We do not accept returns for any other reason.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order, provided that the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Because we sell a high volume of items quickly, we are strict about this 24-hour window so that all customers have a fair chance to purchase the products they want.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return for a defective product or an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a clear description (with photos, if applicable) of the issue. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged by the customer, or are missing their original tags cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
